    The staff were more than accommodating, I arrived late and was hungry the kitchen was closed so they told me about a restaurant around the corner. However I was extremely tired and told them I was too tired to go, hence I would just go to bed hungry....they opened the kitchen and made me a bedtime snack with a glass of wine on the house.... Also the room was magnificent, the pictures on your website do not do it justice.... I would highly recommend the hotel to all!

    the staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Aksana was going out of her way to be helpful. The facilities were good. The "free" wifi was poor. Still going through growing pains but I would definitely go back.

    I really enjoyed this hotel and didn't want to say goodbye, would recomand to others. Everything was very good, including top-class staff and stunning location right in the center of Vienna. The room I stayed in was exquisite and great-sized with shower big enough for a party.

    Would be happy to recommend for a couple of nights

    Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, the staff were helpful with local transportation information, including directions to the nearby City Airport Train for a quick 16-minute journey to the airport.

    Location is excellent for shopping. Friendly staff. Room is modern and very nice.

    No parking. Breakfast wasn't 5-Star but good. You have to book-in to let laggage boy take your laggages and car for parking. The good room's view is only available to certain rooms category.

    perfect spot for exploring vienna's major attractions and parks

    I had a fantastic stay with a cozy room that offered a perfect combination of comfort and charm, and it was only a few steps from St Stephen's Cathedral, making it so easy to explore the city's fine architecture and landmarks on foot, while I also enjoyed the delectable breakfast spread that included fresh juices and a variety of eggs cooked to perfection.

    Most amazing staff ever - spent three weeks in Europe at various hotels and by far the staff at the Topazz was the best!!! Location fabulous, rooms fabulous. They even provided free drinks to relax at the end of the day - wine, various coffe/teas.

    Nothing - all was fabulous.

    The rooftop bar's closure was disappointing!!! Room maintenance could use significant improvement, issues with air conditioning and shower temperature are glaring flaws that need addressing!!!
